What is your return policy?

At Aaina Lingerie, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer an easy, no-questions-asked return policy for eligible products.
Please ensure that returned merchandise is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Window Details:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We arrange pickup from your doorstep through our courier partners.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Process:

  • Card / Wallet / UPI / Net Banking payments: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed to the customer’s bank account after receiving account details.

  • Store Credit Option: You may opt for a credit note, which will be shared on your registered email ID.


Items Not Eligible for Return:

The following products are excluded from our return and refund policy for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Bodysuits

  • Shapewear

  • Tummy tuckers

  • Nipple covers/pasties

  • Boob tapes

  • Panties

  • Brief bodysuits

  • Underwear/shorts

  • Bunny ups

  • Any item with a broken hygiene seal

Some specific products may have additional return restrictions, which will be mentioned clearly on the product page.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not include shipping charges or any other surcharges unless the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery (subject to verification).

  • In cases of approved defective/damaged products, shipping charges will also be refunded.


Money Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after successful product pickup.

  • Once initiated, the refund amount should reflect in your account within 7 working days depending on your bank/payment gateway.


1. Condition of Returned Items:

All returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original packaging with tags intact

  • With the original purchase receipt/invoice


2. Return Process:

  • Sign in to your account on our Website.

  • Navigate to “My Orders”.

  • Select the order you wish to return and follow the return steps.

  • Wait for our team to confirm your pickup schedule.


3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds are credited back through the original mode of payment or to your provided bank account for COD orders.

  • Store credit will be sent by email for customers opting for a credit note.


4. Exchanges:

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for issues like wrong size or wrong color.

  • Products must be returned in original condition while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

  • Exchange approvals may take up to 2 business days, and post-approval, replacements are dispatched within 7 working days.

Note: Shipping charges are refundable only in case of defective or wrong item deliveries.
